Ministry of Finance of Ethiopia (MoF) and Integrated Management Services (IMS) today discussed ways of forging strong partnerships on infrastructure.
Ms. Semereta Sewasew, Minister of State for Finance, received John D. Calhoun, Ph.D. Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Management Services (IMS) and his team, at her office.
The State Minister briefed the delegates about the ongoing development efforts in her country and the need to engage US private sectors in the economic sector in Ethiopia.
Ms. Semereta expressed her and the government’s wish to see more US companies engage in Ethiopia and urged IMS to take this opportunity and discuss the initiative further.
The IMS delegates, on their part, expressed intention to participate in development activities in Ethiopia by opening an office in Addis Ababa.
They further expressed their enthusiasm to participate in space engineering and promised to have the initial conversation with the American EXIM Bank on the next steps.
