Minister of mines Hon. Engr Habtamu is present, Gambela regional president Mr Umod Ujlu and Minister of mines Deputy Mr Million Mateos have observed the activities of Ethno mining company in Dima district of Gambela region.
Ethno mining company has been mining for gold in Gambela region Dima district for more than ten years.
The company has taken a gold production license and is working on factory plantation and other works to produce gold. So far the implementation is in good condition and direction is set to complete the factory plantation and enter into production within two months.
On the other hand, the situation of gold produced in the region has been evaluated with the regional and district officials.
By solving the problems, a direction has been set to import better gold products in the coming months.
