The Addis Ababa City Administration has announced the auction of 14.3 hectares of land, marking a significant opportunity for
potential investors and developers. The auction, organized by the Land Development Management Bureau (LDMB), opened on October 18 and will run until October 31, 2024.
Chali Abraham, the Director of LDMB’s Developed Land Transfer and Lease Monitoring, revealed that the available plots are spread across all sub-districts of the city, except Kirkos. This latest auction represents the fourth round of land leasing since the 2016 Ethiopian year (2023/24), with a total of 143,140 square meters up for bid in this cycle alone.
