A Chinese delegation from Jiangsu province met with the senior officials of Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) to enhance Ethiopia-China investment cooperation.
On the occasion, Zeleke Temegen (PhD) highlighted China’s vital role in Ethiopia’s development, emphasizing the government’s commitment to a favorable investment climate.
The Jiangsu delegation underscored their province’s economic prowess in #manufacturing and trade, expressing keen interest in deepening collaboration. Both sides agreed to boost information exchange, promote two-way investment, and improve the business environment.
Jiangsu aims to encourage its companies to invest in Ethiopia, while welcoming Ethiopian businesses to Jiangsu.
In response, the EIC chief pledged to support #Chinese investors. This visit reinforced the strong Ethio-China partnership, fostering new opportunities for economic growth.
